A further supplement containing details of most new sport routes on Yorkshire limestone put up since the publication of Rockfax's Northern Limestone in 2015. It is a follow up to the 2015 - 2020, 2023 and 2024 supplements (now out of print) but with some overlaps to try to clarify some areas which were only partly covered in the recent Wired Northern Rock guide.
It covers: Attermire, Dib Scar, Gate Cote Scars (North and South), Giggleswick North, Giggleswick South, Great Douk, Grey Gill, High Stony Bank, Knipe Scar, Langcliffe Crag X and Quarry, Langcliffe Skyline, Mini Gig (AKA Schoolboys Scar) Malham Cove, Pen y Ghent, Raven Scar, Troller's Gill, Yew Cogar Scar.
The main areas of interest will be Attermire, where developments on the Escarpment have almost doubled in the last 4 years, and the more recent intense developments, mainly by Paul Clarke, of Knipe Scars and Raven Scar.
